Returns

At Amish Traditions, all our products are built with you in mind! This means that once you choose your item(s), wood species, stain color, and other applicable selections, our Amish craftsmen will begin building your item(s). Each item truly is custom-made – specifically for you! This also means that your furniture will never have seen a showroom floor or an extended season in a warehouse.

Because of the custom nature of our products, orders cannot be altered, canceled, or returned once an order is confirmed and placed. Our goal is to work with you to help you find the furniture you’ll be excited to receive on delivery day!

Customer Reviews

Overall rating: 5.0 / 5 from 1 reviews.

Hutch arrived as pictured with the finish in a soft warm tone similar to maple. No scratches or imperfections are there. The cabinet doors and drawer work seamlessly and well. We are very pleased. It fit our space perfectly and has enhanced our kitchen area visually while adding to our storage space. Delivery & set-up were impeccable.

Store owner replied: Susan, thank you so much for this! What a blessing to read. We are thrilled that the hutch landed exactly as you pictured it and that the finish came through in that soft warm tone - our Amish builders take real pride in the fit of the doors and drawers, and it means a great deal to hear that it arrived without a mark on it. We will be sure to pass your kind words about the delivery and set-up along to the team as well. They work hard to treat every piece like it is going into their own home! Thank you again for trusting us with your kitchen, Susan. We are grateful for you! God bless you! Kevin
